Both candidates are on the ballot for the upcoming primaries on March 19. The meetings provided the opportunity for productive conversations between community leaders and the candidates regarding a variety of issues including public safety, antisemitism and hate crimes. Last week, AIOI hosted Harris’ opponent, State’s Attorney candidate Justice Eileen O’Neil Burke.
